What is Glass Fusing?
Glass Fusing (also known as warm glass or kiln-formed glass) is the technique used to join pieces of glass together by partly melting the glass at high temperatures. The heating process is carried out in a kiln, where two or more pieces of glass are laid on top of or overlapped on each other to create the required design. Alongside full-fusing, other techniques can be used such as tack-fusing, slumping, kiln-carving, casting to create the desired effect.
